Merchmaker Ltd sells licensed branded merchandise for some of the biggest names in entertainment and sports. Every product is 100% official and can be personalised with your name.

To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Services immediately.

Please note, that we can only cancel a personalised product order for you before it goes to print. Once the product has been sent for printing, we are unable to change or cancel your order.

All our parcels are sent via Royal Mail. You can contact our Customer Services by email for a status update.

Delivery within the UK is £3.99.

Please allow 5 to 7 working days for your delivery to arrive. Should your order not arrive within that time, please contact our Customer Services.

Unfortunately, we currently offer shipping within the UK only. We do not offer international shipping to any other country.

We are working with a selection of courier companies and your carrier is chosen depending on the type of the product and your location.

We are only accepting products with quality issues, such as fabric damages or misprints.

Refunds will be made to the credit card, debit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
